Electrical Services — Scope and Limitations

Information on this website is provided for general informational purposes about our electrical services. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding estimate, bid, or contract for services. All electrical work is subject to a written work order or contract agreed upon by both parties prior to commencement.

We service residential and light commercial properties in New Haven and Fairfield Counties, Connecticut. Service availability in specific locations is subject to change.

Licensing and Credentials

PowerPlus Electric holds Connecticut Electrical License CT E1 #197810. Scott Faraci, the Master Electrician of record, has been licensed since 2004. All work is performed in accordance with the Connecticut State Building Code and the National Electrical Code (NEC).

Workmanship Warranty

1-Year Workmanship Warranty. All labor is warranted for one (1) year from completion. Covers installation defects only — does not include materials, misuse, customer-supplied equipment, or issues unrelated to our scope of work.

Manufacturer warranties on materials and equipment are subject to the terms of the respective manufacturer and are separate from our workmanship warranty. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding third-party materials or equipment.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, photographs, logos, graphics, and page layouts — is the property of PowerPlus Electric & Communications LLC or its content licensors and is protected by applicable copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
